I was expecting a five paragraph extremely in detail analyzing of this but I didn't see it so here we go:
They are at mcdonalds for a date, an empty one at that which can mean they are living in a town or place that has little to no people. The boy brings his girlfriend on a date to McDonalds, I do not know which country this takes place in but if it is America, the boy is poor af with the dollar menu. They bought a 10 piece Mcnuggets with two large drinks and large fries which amounts to around 13 dollars. Which could also be evidence regarding the boys financial situation. Lets get to the main point of the animation. It is done in a public space and it seems as if the Mc Donalds is empty at that hour at the day. From what I'd say this seems to be a sunset and not a sunrise, regarding the opening/closing hours as we do not know if this is a 24/7 mcdonalds. But no customers or not, there SHOULD be employees there. The employees are either taking a mad shit, are enjoying the view or filming, OR there may be a more fucked up explanation for this. In this universe we are currently living in, Japan is making these ads to get people to fuck because the population is declining, right? The same thing may be happening in this animation, just SO severe that the government, (In this case, it is America) ALLOWS people to have sex outdoors and in public spaces which brings a whole new problem to the table like nudists and anime fans. Also, THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWS OUTDOOR SEX, I cannot explain how much of a problem that is with words. Anyways, so they do the deed WITHOUT a condom which DOES explain they have been in this relationship long enough to trust each other with that. The boy in this animation also has a leg that is in bandages, implying he gets in fights a lot, or he is just a clumsy ass guy. They take frequent breaks with the food slowly being all eaten in the transition from one position to another which they are also caring for their well being, a.k.a not fucking starving for pleasure. At the end of the animation as the wind quietly blows and the couple is looking at the city scape, I started thinking. Thinking about what I am doing with my life. I am a broke 19 year old university student, sitting in his 5 inch dorm, using his 12 year old laptop to write around 4thousand letters of reviews for a porn animation parody while the engineering exams are getting closer by each second, to the inevitable end of me getting a low score, or me continuing the cycle of self pain,boredom and alcoholism by getting a high score... Anyways the porn was pretty good.

Honestly, the fight scenes were great. Almost forgot about the porn plot until the tits flashed. Clean animation tho.
